Is that a fresh roadkill as a backrest!?

Same bike that Chris posted a couple of years ago on the MC art blog. Hard to tell when this pic was taken, I'm asuming at a later date then the first one. Looks like the owner made it a lot more comfortable adding plush and carpet since then!
