    hahaha! that's my uncle, Joe Vargas from Tulare California. This guy has done it all, still buildin' and ridin' hard (knew I'd run across his pic here someday) guy is a wealth of 60's-70's chopper and custom car/van info from the Central Valley. Sure wish he still had that knuck (has tons of pics and that frame still though)
