Mystery Trees

got this set a couple of years ago, they''re narrow 41mm trees, made from cast chromed iron I guess, they're heavy! The only inscription I could find is the "74"  in the top tree. Anyone out there who knows who made these? The bottom tree doesn''t appear to have bolt holes for a headlight...
