... is very strong in this one. Built by Billy Budde's from san Leandro, CA. Great idea for paint I must say, the marbelizing effect is great, looks like "Vreeble"..
OMG you take me back... i used to stop in at billy budde's store weekly, it was just a few blocks from arlens. i bought some amazing custom leather there! im going to link back to your page from my blog for more peeps to see your post, this is a fantastic flashback, thank you!!!!!!!
I see what you mean about that paintjob we talked about today. The marblizing effect is called Eerie Dess from Metalflake, topped off with Kandy Kolors. I have it in stock...
I own one of Billy's early 1970's body kits for an early Honda 750 Four. Painted and signed by Frank. It is a series of mural scenes including a painting of the Golden Gate Bridge on one panel. Beautiful work that has survived the test of time.
Nice Tom! Is it never mounted on a bike? or was it stripped off a bike? Amazing that you still have it! Most of this stuff was probably destroyed... Are you planning on using it some day??
