    is that a twisted steel brake rod? it sure would be fun to detail that bike. keep it original but polished up, improved finishes, surfaces . I rather the seat to be solid red with red tuck-n-roll top . the shifter, foot pegs and kickstand could be 'used period twisted chrome' seen sometimes on eBay. then take bike to shows DO NOT TOUCH SIGN.

      Hey man! Lovely winter project this would be! Beside all the polishing and improving finishes, I would love to add a set of major upswept pipes, stretching above the backrest of your improved seat ;-)

    yes upswept pipes up the back please, include those on the work order. also install every period aftermarket finned engine cover parts that you can find. man oh man.
