    Mike Vils is still with us and doing fine in SoCal. AKA 'Fast Mike". Still painting and building motorcycles.

      Hello Richard! Thanks for your reply, good to hear mr. Vils is still building cool stuff. Is there a website or so where I can check the stuff he builds out? Curious to see how his style has evolved over the years.

    No website. It's just that him and I went to cross town rival High Schools in SoCal when we were teenagers and knew the same circle of friends when we got in to motorcycles. He's now into JD Harley's and early teen year Excelsiors. He's rode on a couple of the cross country Cannonball runs. Still paints whatever he can.
