Header pic problems

Been having problems with uploading top header pic. Obviously it is turning out way too light... Havent been doing anything different!? Anyone in blogger land know what im doing wrong!? EDIT: there seems to be a bit of improvement; but it still looks a slight bit off... I can live with it, can you!?
