Yes, the forks are early ironhead. They had minor changes over the years since the '52 K-model and were actually used up through 72. H-D changed the forks in '73 when they went to a disc brake.
I just got the very same front end for my ironhead yesterday The brake is a airheart hurst. Do you have any idea of who makes the forks
